Grown organically on Domaine Rewa's small Pisa Flats vineyard, it is fermented and matured in clay amphorae made on the property alongside seasoned barrels. It was fermented and aged in a combination of clay amphorae and old barrels, producing a pale amber wine with fragrant pear, peach, red apple and apple blossom aromas. The dry, medium-bodied palate shows guava and white peach, with a concentrated, highly textural feel and a long plum and cranberry finish. The wine contains 13% alcohol and only 1,610 bottles were produced.
