The fruit comes from vines grown on the old stony soils of the Martinborough and Te Muna terrace, and the 2025 vintage benefited from a cooler, more overcast summer that slowed ripening and helped preserve those delicate aromatics. Ninety percent of the fruit was hand-harvested, fermented with a mix of indigenous and selected yeasts, and aged in French oak before bottling.
