The seventeen hectare property sits on old Günzian gravel over limestone, geology shared with some of the Médoc's most celebrated terroirs further north. Les Eclats is made from an even split of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, fermented with alternating pump overs and a maceration that builds roundness and volume into an already well balanced base wine.
