The grapes are picked at phenolic ripeness and completely destemmed before spending three to four weeks fermenting in concrete and stainless-steel tanks, with daily pumping over for gentle extraction. The wine is then matured for six months in concrete and stainless steel. Deep garnet in colour, it shows blackcurrant, raspberry and white pepper, followed by juicy red fruit, roasted notes and silky tannins.
