A warm spring and excellent flowering were followed by a cool, wet summer, then dry and warm conditions in February that helped the fruit reach harvest with vibrant acidity and concentration. Cool fermentation in stainless steel was used to retain fruit purity and varietal character. Expect rosewater, red liquorice, fennel and sea breeze aromas, with red berries, watermelon, spice and Provence herbs on a refreshing, juicy palate.
